NHS Students Making A Difference In Their Community

The news lately can be difficult to watch... it is SO nice to see positive stories, especially when it is something that is happening within our community!
When you have a few moments, click on the link and watch this 2:30 minute video! http://www.cnn.com/2016/09/29/us/cnn-hero-isha-desselle-turning-point-center/index.html
Our NHS students are a part of this amazing effort to help people in our community. The Miller Volunteer Program donates, cooks, and serves lunch here the first Saturday of EVERY month! To those of you who are new to Northbrook, the Miller Volunteer Program is an opportunity for our students alongside our faculty to serve the community and the city in a variety of ways! We always need an extra set of hands!! :)
